Born 1983, Kraków. Graduated from the Jagiellonian University majoring in Cultural Studies. Student of the Instytutu of Creative Photography (ITF Opava, Czech Republic) since 2008. Recipient of the Kraków Municipal Scholarship (2007) and Polish Television’s “Dolina Kreatywna” Scholarship (2005). Author of several individual exhibitions in Kraków (at Alchemia and Lokator) and Prešov. Her work has also been displayed in Sanok, Rzeszów (Poland), Ostrava (Slovakia) and Nuremberg (Germany). Her photographic interests focus on the person, but also encompass the urban environment, as seen in her “Prefabet” series, presented here. A part of the series won the “Ocalić od zapomnienia” contest (Kraków, 2007) and is a tribute to Storm Thorgerson, the photographer behind Pink Floyd’s image.
