1. What technique is used to print the images?
All digitally printed images meet Epson DigiGraphie archival reproduction standards. Each print is certified to be of archival quality by an authorized representative.
Manually enlarged prints are copied onto fibre-based paper and developed in an archival process.
2. Why are the prints made available in limited editions?
Limited editions of copied work (photography, graphics) gives the buyer the certainty that the piece they own is unique, printed on archival material and sold in agreement with the artist.
3. How do I make a purchase through Red Tree?
To purchase a print from a selected artist, please fill out the client form available on our site, or e-mail it to: info@redtree.pl.
4. How do I promote my work on Red Tree?
Artists interested in selling their work on Red Tree are asked to contact us.
5. How are my prints delivered?
Shipping for all prints is covered by the customer. Prints are delivered by courier. Orders are insured for the duration of delivery. Any taxes or duties levied on international orders are covered by the customer.
6. In what form are my prints delivered?
Orders are delivered unframed. Prints may optionally be placed in a passepartout (details may be found in the confirmation e-mail). Paintings are shipped without frames.
7. How are the orders packed?
Ordered pieces are shipped in mint condition. All work is packed in sturdy, acid-free packaging.
